Everyone has a special contribution to the body of Christ (1 Cor. 12), but what does the Bible say about how to discover your gift and utilize it? Every member is created for good works (Eph. 2:10), but how are leaders supposed to equip every single member to flourish in their own calling? This interactive course is designed to discover a student’s giftedness and what it means for ministry calling, career calling, and working with others using the Giftedness Discovery method. The student will create practical action plans for a pursuit of career and ministry (Prov 16:9). Giftedness Discovery is grounded in Biblical anthropology and narrative psychology. Join us as we embark on a revolutionary journey to equip people with the knowledge, encouragement, and action steps in pursuing their God-given calling at work and ministry. The student will define and develop his or her giftedness and how that’s best used at work, at church, and at home.
