Abraham’s life provides lessons for a contemporary believer’s journey and its challenges. In this course, we will examine Abraham’s story and how the Genesis account of his life informs our own narrative. We will correlate bible lessons with insights from the counseling field. The students will learn the importance of developing one’s own spiritual autobiography and its impact on others. Ideas for implementation in the church will be addressed.
