Giftedness in the Marketplace – Mr. Cheyne Rippey

Everyone has a special contribution to the body of Christ (1 Cor. 12), but what does the Bible say about how to discover your gift and utilize it? Every member is created for good works (Eph. 2:10), but how are leaders supposed to equip every single member to flourish in their own calling? Join us as we embark on a revolutionary journey in redeeming people’s callings, equipping people to perform their best at work, and encouraging us to lead meaningfully by using the Giftedness Discovery method of shining a light on your design. This class will help individuals reconnect with their purpose, as well as prepare leaders to invest in their people. Participants will walk away with a renewed and actionable vision for living out their giftings in the marketplace.
