This course introduces the study of major world religions and compares their beliefs and practices with the teachings of Christianity. Participants will examine the historical origins, key texts, and core beliefs of Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Buddhism, while considering how each tradition addresses questions of God, salvation, and the meaning of life. Through this exploration, students will gain a deeper understanding of the distinct message of the Christian gospel and develop greater confidence in engaging with people of other faiths.
