This course will examine the common causes of anxiety. Effective treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) will be demonstrated using a case example. Biblical teaching and spiritual considerations regarding worry will be incorporated particularly when anxiety arises in the church congregation. Discussion on how the church can help will be facilitated in the class.
