We can understand John’s message about Jesus better if we learn to pay careful attention to how he tells his story. John uses a number of story-telling “tricks” to help us learn who Jesus is and how to respond to him. Lecture will be followed by extended Q&A about any topic related to the Gospels or their historical background.
